How do I request a suite?
External guests may submit Vanderbilt Conferences & Events’ suite-request form. Vanderbilt-affiliated guests have a separate internal request route available from the official West End Tower page.

All suites include towels and linens, dishware, a microwave, coffeemaker, hairdryer, premium bath amenities, locally sourced 8th & Roast tea and coffee, a Bookstore coupon, and digital concierge services.
Are laundry and parking available?
Guests have complimentary self-service laundry. Optional wash-and-fold service and overnight parking in the 2525 garage are each available for $25, subject to the current terms.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not permitted. ADA-defined service animals are welcome.

Yes. The Tower offers flexible spaces including the Executive Lounge, boardroom, collaborative study area, and a top-floor event venue for conferences, receptions, and university programs.
